I am going to Austin (day after tomorrow) to see Michael Buble' in concert for my birthday. Can anyone recommend a good restaurant in the Austin area that has great healthy food options? I know my will-power will be low that day so I'd prefer to stay away from temptations!

If you're an Austin local or know the area please share your favorite local yet *nice* dinner spots!

    Moonshine has great food and you can choose healthy options. Menu is online. (Also som unhealthy stuff, but you *can* do well there.) Very reasonable portion sizes. (Not gigantic) Probably my favorite restaurant in town, and it's downtown close to Erwin Center. They serve popcorn instead of bread or chips, which is also cool.


    Whole Foods Market has a fish venue (inside the store) that has healthy fish options. Wine by the glass, too. 6th and Lamar

    Ironworks BBQ is near there, too, and the smoked turkey is delicious.
