Eat to live, don't live to eat!

Hello my name is melissa.

Yesterday was my first day to post my food intake and I came to learn I ate enough calories to last three days. Yup open and honest I love to eat all the wrong things.

I'm a stay at home mother of three and for the past three years after two babies back to back I'm still at 9 months pregnant weight. Time to come back to reality and wake up from my stupor.

I'm open to positive friendships, anyone that is looking for some company on this walk on the heathy path please feel welcome to add me.

Here's to living healthier...

::hugs:: Knowledge is power. For me, food logging (and weighing portions) works because my weight gain was primarily a result of unwise portion choices. I've been able to feel very positive about my loss and about my calorie guidelines. I hope your experience is similar.

Getting over this feeling of wanting to eat, eat, eat is going to be the hardest part.

I think food is harder to kick then smoking was.
