I started out at 228 and am now at about 162-163. My journey isn't over yet, and I am 2 lbs away from not being considered overweight (medically speaking). I've been overweight my entire life and was never happy with myself physically, but now I've achieved something that I thought I never could and couldn't be any happier in life!
