80 lbs lost in the first 6 months and I have been maintaining ever since. I would like to thank myfitnesspal and its community for the tremendous support along the way. If it weren't for myfitnesspal I know I would still be that insecure, morbidly obese, never-good-enough guy. Thank you again for completely changing my entire life around.
