Question. I love watermelon. Been eating a lot lately but it's causing me to go over my sugar limit every day. Is that bad?? Since it's natural sugar...0

Walden Farms calorie free syrup. Or tomatoes. Let's go with tomatoes.0

My garden is blowing up with my favorites! Sugar snap peas, mixed lettuces, kale, swiss chard, lemon cucumbers, sun gold tomatoes, spinach. I can't pick just one!!0

Carrots, cucumbers, plain greek yogurt, raspberries, blackberries
Not really what I consider low cals, but apples, bell peppers, blueberries are my favs too.0 -

Popcorn! I eat the 100 calorie min bags or air pop my own when at home. I just discovered the dried edemene anacks at Costco. I have to be careful with those. You can seriously eat too many of them. Also, the mni sweet peppers and baby carrots. They are especially good with a little Greek Yougurt cucumber and dill dip.0

I consider tuna fairly low cal.....not sure why I would be overly concerned with calories when I choose my food.
I usually look for nutrition and tend to not overeat when I get a lot of it.0 -
Chicken breast. Roughly 35 calories per oz.0

Cabbage - steamed, roasted, in a soup....so much volume for so little calories0
