So today I was home alone and SUPER HUNGRY (I was reading and didn't want to put down the book to get snacks) so I went downstairs. There in the fridge was the leftover brownie cheesecake that was for my birthday. I took out a place, took out the cake and went to take a huge slice when.... the front door opened.

I realized what I was doing and what it would look like if I was caught with such a food in my hand so I quickly put on the lid and put the pie (yes, cheesecake is a pie) back in the fridge and went out to greet them.

So I know it's not the super healthiest thing to let my embarrassment of eating in public or in front of people to keep me from binging but... it's something!

Now I'm just waiting for some memorial day BBQ before I go on my first day of my fourth week of c25k jog!

Throw that pie in the bin! I've done it to 'those foods' that are hanging around.
