Natural sugar isn't horrible. But it should still be watched a little (at least in my opinion). Everything in moderation:)0

The sugars from fruits are actually good. They get absorbed very slowly by the body giving them a low glycemix index. In lamens terms the faster your insulin goes up the more unhealthy the sugar is. Fruits make your sugar raise very slowly. So they're pretty good for energy. Assuming you are for the carb based diet.0 -

I agree! It's better than additives and other sugars, but I still try and keep my fruits to 2-3 a day.0 -
Yes I am a fan of fruit. I just limit it to 2-3 servings a day.0

Sugar is sugar.
Yes, the matrix in fruits can slow down the absorption, and lower the metabolic index number...
but sugar is still sugar and should be counted as sugar whether from fruit or a bag.
Here is a depressing article to read with your spoon of sugar:

i don't agree. (sorta) The sugar in fruit is natural, and your body burns it more slowly, also there is fiber in it. I eat alot of fruit. I love fruit, and have been consistantly losing. I don't have my sugar intake listed, don't want to know what it says, because the only sugar that i am eating is from fruit. No processed foods.1

the article doesn't state anything about whole fruit being bad...in fact, it states that it's okay to eat whole fruit. But NOT fruit juice which is fruit without the benefit of fiber.0 -

I have to agree with this. When I see that big RED number, it bugs me. But fruit is good for you, and its much better to be munching on an apple than a snickers!0
