Hello,
I've recently got back on my fitness journey and I plan to keep it permanent this time. I try to eat healthy and get enough exercise so I can make this a part of my permanent habits. I'm in the Charlotte/Matthews area.

New friends are definitely welcome. I would like to have support as I go along this path to wellness and if you're in the area feel free to leave a message or comment. I'm 24 so people around my age are much appreciated but it's open to everyone.

    Hello! I'm not right at your age, but not toooo far from it :) 30, trying to lose around 50lbs, and live and work in Charlotte! Let me know if interested...

    It's nice to have you aboard. Welcome. I don't see a lot of Charlotte people on here so it's nice to know that we have support on our home field.
