Been needing to diet for a long time now.
I'm 15 stone male looking at losing 2lv a week over 12 weeks to get to 13 stone
I'm almost a week in and loving it.
I've dropped to 1600 cals a day with additional 30 mins cardio everyday also
Switched pop for water only and already feeling the results.
Anyone like to add me to bounce off please do

    I won't bombard you with advice as I'm only on day 7 myself but once you get past day 3 of eating well and doing some exercise it gets addictive. Also give yourself a realistic goal as it won't fall off overnight I am aiming for 2 stone loss in 12 weeks (1600 cals a day and 300 cal burn of excersise every night) just following circuits etc on youtube
