I am looking for foods with low carb and low sodium food or snack options to add to my daily meals. I'm having a very hard time planning meals without going over one thing and staying under another. Thanks in adv for your help

Cottage cheese (they do make lower in sodium cottage cheese)
String cheese or other cheeses (laughing cow light cheese wedges)
    Boiled eggs
Omelets (you can make a ton of varities of omelets using different veggies/ meats/ cheeses)
    Lean meats (ham, chicken, tuna)
    Protein shakes
    Greek yogurt
Nuts (buy the unsalted variety- almonds, walnuts, pistachios, mixed, etc)
Seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds, or soynuts)
Natural peanut butter or almond butter
    Avocado or homemade guacamole
Low carb tortillas to make wraps w/ meat or cheese or you can make a PB wrap as well

You can make a veggie dip by mixing cottage cheese and salsa or hummus. Pick lower carb veggies like celery, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, etc.

Also, try fruits like berries as they are lower carb to mix w/ yogurt for a quick snack.

someone already said turkey-cheese rollups, but I'd just like to add that I add some spicy mustard and a dill pickle to my turkey-cheese rollups and they are crunchy, spicy and AWESOME!!!! If you like dill pickles then DO THIS.
