I Guess I Have a Waist!

Over the past few days I have noticed a pleasing measure of progress. My shorts I wear for walking have a cord which I tie round my waist. Up 'til now I have been able to take them off without untying it. The past couple of days I have had to start to untie it :smile:

My waist is still bigger than my hips, but a comfortable cord tie is now smaller than my hips - a small victory, but a victory nonetheless.
