Ingredients
Fresh Pineapple
Pineapple Juice
Kiwi
Strawberries
Soymilk
Ice
Directions
Add everything but the ice. Blend. Then add ice cubes one-by-one until you have a slushy mix.

I bought an ice tea maker. There are green tea bags for ice tea makers, and I make that with some of my garden mint. It stores in the fridge. It tastes great. There are also peach ice tea bags, and that's also a real winner with homegrown mint.
When I make my goal weight...or 4th of July, I'm having real Sangria. Nothing is Summer more then that!0 -
