I feel like I'm eating too much.

Since joining this website and doing the calorie counts and everything, I've been eating more than usual.
I haven't gone over the calorie count and i've stayed perfectly on track and eating very healthy, but i feel like i'll be GAINING weight rather than losing it.
I guess i'm just not used to eating 3 times a day and I feel like i'm eating too much. Even though my portions are controlled and the amounts i eat now used to not fill me at all before, but now I feel full, I still have the instinct to not eat as much.
it's a very weird feeling.
anyone else have any of the same experiences?

Oh heck ya I have been right there with you but I know it works. I have lost three pounds and thats three of my mini marathon weight. You have to eat to lose and it just feels weird at first but can't argue with results. Chow down ( wisely) girl and keep it up.0

You're giving your metabolism a KICK IN THE BUTT Maybe try eating 5-6 small meals a day?! This has really worked for me.0

That's what really worked for me. My metabolism sucks and if I'm not constantly digesting food I hold onto weight.0
