What is a good salad + dressing that goes well with spicy foods?

I am making Winger's Sticky chicken fingers (buffalo sauce/brown sugar) tonight for dinner and I want to have a nice side salad. What is a good dressing that I can use for that? I am sick of the evoo/balsamic vinegar dressing. Would a lime/cilantro salad work well with that?

I'm usually lazy and just throw the chicken on top of the salad dry using the sauce on the chicken instead of dressing. Granted, that's usually buffalo sauce, which might be a little runnier than what you're making, but it works pretty well. I've also done it with a jalapeno vinaigrette, which was pretty tasty.0

That's not a bad idea. I could add in a little more water into the recipe to make it more like the consistency of dressing!0 -
Cilantro/lime dressings are my favorites. You can use lime juice/vinegar and olive oil for a vinaigrette or add about a cup of cilantro, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, a clove or two of minced garlic and a 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt to a blender and drizzle in 1/4 c. of olive oil to bring it all together. Season with salt and pepper until it gets to how you like it.
Sometimes I'll add a little bit of grated ginger into the dressing or jalapeno for some kick.

A little BBQ and buffalo mixed with either light ranch or light sour cream.0

All good ideas. Thanks! I actually just drizzled the sticky sauce on the salad and I loved it! SconnieCat & Queenmunchy, I will try your ideas too!0

I know you already ate, but thought I'd throw my favorite in for possible future use. I make Avacado Lime Ranch. Mash approximately equal parts avacado and plain Greek yogurt tillsmooth then mix in a ranch dressing seasoning packet and add enough lime juice to get a consistency you like.0
