Atkins + tracking calories

hello everyone! As I've stated before in another thread, I'm working (and have worked) my butt off (quite literally :P) to join the army! I am 90lbs down and about 2 months ago to shed off the rest of the weight I decided to give Atkins a try. I know how most people feel about Atkins not being healthy, but let me just get this out of the way, I KNOW it's not a healthy-long term, diet. I'm only on it to shed the rest of the weight off to join the army ASAP.
Currently, I only need to lose one more inch off my hips before I can qualify to join so I started the Atkins diet. That worked really well for me for the first month or so (-12lbs) but suddenly it stalled. My only question is, if I start to track my calories again will it get me out of this plateau? My current profile on here says I can eat about 1,500...I also do cardio 3-4 times a week and I lift 6 days a week. Thanks for all the advice in advance!!
