Looking to lose weight due to health problems. I'm a mom and full time nursing student.

    You guys rock! Remember, it didn't take a day to gain the weight and it will take more than a day to lose it. Be patient and persistent. Set reasonable goals (1-2 pounds per week). Identify your snacking habits and one by one work to correct them.
