anyone done it? I'm wondering if it is more cardio or restistance (against the water).

Love it! I wish I had somewhere to teach it here in my new town :(... It is both but I think mostly cardio.

It was a lot of fun, and no muscle soreness after. But it was a pretty light workout. I really think it's designed for people who need low impact exercises.

This sounds fun! I have a hard time making out through a while Zumba class because I have something wrong with my leg. But this I think I could do. They don't offer it here though.

Just a follow-up - it is mostly cardio, but you can get some leg and ab work in. I made it a point to move constantly for all 60 minutes and move as quickly as possible to get my heart rate up. It was a good workout that did challenge me as much as some of the Beachbody videos do. But there were lots of people taking it slower and keeping the intensity down.
