Alone in the struggle

I'm 5'2, 175. Goal weight 125. Desperately need a hard core weight loss buddy

    I don't know that I am "hard core", but you can add me if you wish. I started MFP just over 1 year ago, have logged every day, I had a goal of losing 75 pounds & am currently down a little over 87 pounds.

    I was about 185 lbs up until last week. I have lost 7 lbs during that time. Exercise and diet basically portion control. I want to be around the same weight again. But when I step on those scales I always see I'm not even close so this is what I tell my self. 125 is where I want to be but what is more realistic. Next month work hard to be 170 or 165. Next month after 155 to 145. And so on. Losing weight is all about control and how desperate you are. When I had my little girl I gained 15 to 20 lbs after I had her. Don't worry try hard and it will work out. :D
