Losing weight is part of the main goal of being fit. Fit is your overall physical fitness, strength and outlook. Not everybody has it easy. I struggle when I try to work out daily. all my muscles hurt and I feel tired. But I would rather work out than feel sluggish and not like my body when I look in the mirror.. So I keep going, not quite there yet, but hopefully will be at my fittest this year. wish me luck
