Starting for the last time.

Hi! I have been faithfully logging for the past 200 and something days, but I have decided now to actually really commit to a new lifestyle change. I am in need of friends, and encouragement. I need a place to start, my weight in the last week has actually gone up 5 pounds, which has caused some internal anxiety. I am recommitting to a new way of health and wellness, starting tomorrow. Would anyone like to join me?

    If your weight has gone up despite logging then it sounds like you might not be logging very accurately - do you use a food scale?

    No, I don't and that is probably a good suggestion. My weight has only gone up in the last week, however.

    I will join you. I lost 70 lbs 2 years ago and recently gained 20 of it back. I have to make sure what I weigh right now is the highest I go and start a quick trip back down.
