Wow what a great show!! Rachel looked amazing!!! Great transformation over one year!! I will be watching this each week. Very inspirational show.

    I watched that too! It's a great way to show the process over a long period of time instead of a quicker process such as biggest loser.

    I'll be watching that show as well :)

    It was fanominal I love that show. I am aiming to be a nutritionist/trainer like him when I grow up so it's a great show to learn from :)

    I loved the show tonight and i will deffently be watching each week to see the difference that a year has made for them with exercising and working out !
