woohoo!! I hit my first goal of 20lbs this week!! more than the number, I FEEL awesome!
Before I had my girls (2 and 7)I weighed 125. Since then my weight had went up to 216. In the past I would start a diet, stick to it for a few days then binge eat and go back to eating whatever and how much I wanted.
One of the main issuEs in my weight gain and lack of interest in changing it, had to do with being depressed and stressed. Now that I feel mentally healthy and happy Im ready tackle my overall health and appearance. Mfp has really helped me stay accountable and I look forward to logging and enjoy seeing my progress. I've been eating better and doing A minimum of . Four hours cardio a week with weight lifting. I don't have a goal weight but my next goal weight is 170! I look forward to interacting with the mfp community
as this is my first time posting, and seeing other people's progress!!
