Hola everyone, i'm from Canada, new to this tracking and measuring. I read through 4 hour body and am really interested in the community that is out there and of course all the advice and motivation from seeing other peoples success. Hopefully this time i can keep the weight off and maintain the motivation to keep going.

My plan is to be active in my evenings, i love sports (basketball, golf, tennis, squash, swimming) and to use fasted training and HIT training to lose weight. I've been reading a lot and understand many of the concepts, the hard part is actually putting them into effect and allowing them to become habit.

The hardest part for me is the eating healthy, as there's always somewhere to go and something to do and eating out becomes part of the every day life, plus those carb cravings.

So i guess what i'm trying to say is i'm looking for support on this lifelong journey and if you need it too i'll do my best to support you back.

Thanks everyone!

Aryn

Hi and welcome. The one advice that comes to mind is to log everything you eat, even if you go over your calories and when you are eating out, you do not have to finish your plate, unless you ordered something really healthy :)
