Every day. I've been told I shouldn't but i like to see where I'm at and I find it helps keep me accountable. I've only been entering my weight on here once a week though.0

I do a weigh in every 5 to 7 days. That gives my body to metabolize the foods for the week and exercise I have done.0
-
I know they say you shouldn't weigh everyday but I do because it keeps me on track. Although I only count my true weight once a week. I weigh myself at the same time and day.0

I do once a week.every friday0
-
Multiple times a day0

Every Tuesday and now Sunday as well....going to phase to once a week (Sunday) since that is the WI day for a challage I joinned. I don't like what the scale says so I don't look at it nonstop.0

Every morning, before breakfast, after using the bathroom.0

Once a week. Never more often, sometimes less.
If I know I've had a terrible week, very rarely I'll skip a weigh-in to give myself a reprieve from the scale and one more week to get back on track and not get discouraged from a short-term gain.
I highly recommend doing this every once in a while if it keeps you from getting discouraged.0 -
Multiple times a day...but I only "weigh in" once a week in the morning first thing after potty.0

NEVER!!! I quit weighing- I measure once a week though just to keep myself in check. The scale never read what I wanted it to and often got myself down over it, So it is hidden and won't be coming out unless I see a massive change in my measurements that might mean I should adjust my routine. My scale was not my friend at all haha0

Multiple times a day
Same here. First thing in the morning, then again mid afternoon. Once in a while I'll weigh again in the evening.
I have a water retention problem, so I like to check to see how my body is processing the water. I sometimes have to take water pills on bad days.0 -
sunday mornings. once a week. never ever more. And if i knew I had a bad week I don't weigh in. I try to look for NSV instead.0
-
Once a month when I go to the doctor. I review my diary and make my adjustments there.0

everyday...in the morning and in the evening. i know i probably shouldnt but it helps to keep me focused.0

I weigh myself every morning, to see when and why my weight fluctuates, but I record losses as well as gains. For an accurate weight you should probably weigh in once a week.0
-
I weigh in every Wed and Sat. It helps keep me motivated and helps me to see where I am at and think about what I need to do or not do. Hope that helps0
-
I KNOW better... but I was addicted to daily weights and then got SOOO frustrated with water fluctuations... so now it's ONCE a WEEK!!!! NO MORE!! Linda/RN0

every single morning...but i only log in my weight on the site every few months0

Once a week. I could not handle any more. I have "cheated" twice and was just let down.0

Monday mornings.0

Everyday just to see that I am on track. I have been weighing myself daily for nearly a year now. I see the daily fluctuations and they don't get me down - it keeps me in check and if I see a larger than normal fluctuation I know I need to drink more water. I only "record" my weight every 3 or 4 weeks though. I have lost weight slowly so I don't see drastic changes day to day or even week to week........need to strength train if I want to see it drop more I guess.0
-
I check my weight every day and do an "official" weigh-in on Friday mornings.0
-
Everyday. (I have this condition.....OCD I think, anyway I have to do it everyday)
But only Saturday counts.0 -
Probably a few times a day, but my weight fluctuations usually don't bother me much. It usually gives me a good estimation of if I'm on target for my upcoming weekly weigh-in (every Sunday)0

Multiple times a day
Me too. I am a weigh-aholic. BUT the numbers don't really affect me.0 -
Every morning, before breakfast, after using the bathroom.
This...exactly...right after I get out of bed, and use the restroom. I only count Mondays...because Monday is ALWAYS my lowest weight day of the week. Saturday and Sunday are my heaviest...usually 3lbs over my Monday weight...but any day during the week could be 3lbs+ over my Monday weight. I think it's that my body holds water during the week to help me recover from my workouts (I used to push pretty hard just on Mon/Wed/Fri...but now I'm doing abs hardcore on Tue/Thur/Sat as well). Sunday is COMPLETE rest...and Monday I weigh quite a bit less.

now with the new scale everyday but only record once a week0
-
I weigh myself every morning but only record it on Mondays. It sucks when I weigh a pound or two more than the previous day, but it helps to keep me focused and on track!! I would never have the patience for weekly weigh-ins!0
-
Oh, I should also mention that if I am EVER lighter...I'll record it. If I'm lighter..it's weight lost (whether water, waste, or whatever). It just means that the days I was heavier I was retaining SOMETHING lol. Almost always though it works out that Mondays are my lightest day of the week.0
