hey everyone, does anyone have any good quick workouts for at home? its a rainy day so its a day in and looking for good work out ideas to lose weight. thanks!

    If you have cable in your home then go to "on demand" and there are tons of exercise routines out there.

    youtube or fitness blender. both have a ton of different exercises. type in something that you like to do and work it :)

    Or, do body weight exercises with short bursts of cardio in between while watching whatever you want on TV.

    Chris powell the workout phase 1 is 15 min. Phase 2 is 35 min. On youtube or tiffany rothe wirkouts are 5 to 10 min like booty shkin abs on youtube
