Wow... what an inspiration! You have really done a great job of your body and should definitely be proud. I noticed that you are 5'3"... I'm 5'2-1/2" and have a similar body shape so I find your after pics extremely encouraging!! I love your abs... my area to contend with. Also glad there's hope for my legs :laugh:

Gigi - you're amazing!!! Please share with us... how did you eat to get those abs?
I really just watch the carbs, they tend to set in my gut if i eat too many.... i try to keep it around 150grams a day and i eat lots of protein!!! And i think the Bodyrock workouts are helping me get my abs where i want them!!! ;-)0 -
