We always keep loads of frozen vegetables in (peas, sweet corn, peppers, spinach and green beans), quorn (mince and chicken style pieces), then tinned beans and chickpeas, wholewheat pasta, brown rice, basmati and load of tinned tomatoes. Pair that with onions and a good supply of lentils, herbs and spices and we can make loads of healthy meals.

For me, this is the start of the must have list:
    Tortillas
    Rice
    Chicken
    Tuna
    Eggs
    Cheese (a couple of kinds)
    Yellow Squash
    Frozen broccoli
    Frozen Peas
    Coconut Aminos
    Peanut Butter
A couple types of fruit depending on what is in season
    Slaw Mix
    Cucumbers

And there is more but this is pretty normal. Obviously I don't have to buy all of this every single week since some lasts more then one week, but it's a bit of what I always make sure I have some of.

Chocolate. Oh and I guess chicken, lettuces, tomatoes, sugarsnap peas, peanut butter, greek yogurt, lots of different types of fruit. Since our son was little we have done fruit of the week - I have to try to find a fruit we have never had as often as possible. We are starting to run out. If you are looking for a good grocery app for your phone, take a look at Mighty Grocer and see what you think. I have used it for a couple of years and really like it.
