    And what would you like it to look like?
    Low Calorie? (ie Under 350 cals)
    Low Carb? (under 50g carbs)
    Low Fat? (under 10g of fat)

    I am no expert, sorry but I do start my day almost always with a glass of Pink Grapefruit juice.
    I also sometimes have one of those Dole Fruit natural cups, like pink grapefruit, etc. They are
    pretty good and get your system cranked up. I have it before I start my exercise.

    The fruit cups actually are more on the sweet side as far as taste goes.
    Try one out, there is a mandarin orange thats really good too.
