so far i have managed to lose 8lbs - it's been a slow process and i am looking to lose another 45-50lbs. Feel free to add me so that we can share our journeys together:-).

Congrats for loosing 8 lbs! I log everything I eat, helps me stay on track. Stay away from processed food, try to exercise couple times a week, even if you just walk it helps:)0

Thank you for your response! What would count as processed food? And i have joined a local gym and have been going 3-4 times a week, i think i might have to up the ante on my workouts though!0

HI. I'm looking for friends as well, and would like to know what folks are eating to help them with this journey. I will add you, and maybe we can be an encouragement to each other. I just started back on this journey, and have not weighed myself yet. Maybe next week. I don't want to get discouraged lol.0

Processed foods are something that generally comes out of a factory for mass production. Like Cheetohs or cereal. Anything like that. They usually have a good amount of added fats, sugar, and salt. They aren't necessarily unhealthy but you should stray away from them if possible.0

Hi RisenRun! I'm sure your weigh in will be just fine! My progress has been slow but i tell myself that losing even half a pound is better than gaining it!:-)
