Is it possible to gain muscle using the cross trainer on a high resistance? Thanks

is that the same for weights? I mean is it possible to get similar benefits from the x trainer if on a very high resistance ? Tia0

You're asking if you can gain muscle on a cardio machine? Nope.. not unless you're severely undermuscled. If you're trying to gain muscle, follow a good strength program.0
