Just a tip, drink at least 1/2 your body weight in oz of water a day, more per activity level!

"Water sucks, it really really sucks!"

Drink when you're thirsty. That's what thirst is for. Drinking water does not burn fat or calories. My doctor told me all this excessive water drinking That's popular now is ridiculous. Besides, we aren't suppose to eat when we aren't hungry, right? So why drink half your body weight when you're not thirsty?

You know, I don't think that you HAVE to drink 1/2 your body weight... however I've found that doing so helps keep me full so I don't have as many food cravings. Also my skin is so much softer and clearer. It may not be necessary, but I'm an H2O convert.
