Daily Activity

I have a question about my daily activity level. I am a nurses's aide and I track 10,000 steps in an 8 hour shift. How do I track this? As exercise or as activity level? I'm not sure if that would be moderately active or high if I did? I also exercise outside of work. Thanks

If you have set your normal activity level to moderately active then tnis is not exercise, if you have set your activity level to sedentary you should log it as exercise .0

If you consistently get 10k a day set it as your activity level. I'd say moderately active if you choose to do so. I, however, have mine set to sedentary and then log it every day via my fitbit or manually if it dies/I didn't wear it for the day. The reason being sometimes I only get 2k steps a day - others I get over 5k.0
