Macros

Hi all, I am having trouble with counting my macros. At the end of the night I generally have about 100g of carbs and protein to go but I tend to exceed my fat goal for the day and so I stop eating for the night. What should I do? Can I continue eating that day?

Do you not plan your days in advance? I know it is difficult but that is your best bet. Otherwise, you could buy some suppliments0

If you are exceeding your fat goal but are still within your calorie goal, then it wont affect your weight loss - calories are the most important part of weight loss. It would be advisable to try and hit your protein goal as near as possible.
It may be helpful if you open your diary.0 -
If I was over my fat but under my protein and carbs, I'd eat some more until I met my calorie goal (depending on how much exercise I logged that day). Maybe some cottage cheese with pineapple.0
