Love the success pics!0

Let me preface this by saying I'm still very bottom heavy, despite my weight loss I've only gone down 1.5 inches in my behind and hips making me a 46 inch hip but I love my weights and I'm happy for the changes thus far. Only about 25lbs down from my highest weight at 207 at standing 5'4, still have little chunk chunk legs but they are strong! So this is my before and during!

As I go through everyone's pics I'm just further inspired, seeing results makes it addictive. I especially love seeing women with thick thighs like mine getting down in the hip/thigh area, right now that seems like it will never happen for me!0

You look amazing! How were you able to accomplish such a transformation. Did you follow a specific exercise routine? Amazing...... Congrats!0 -

Apple shape is jealous of all you pear shape beauties!0

The pic on the left is from close to my highest of 240#. The pic on the right is around where I am now at 175-180#. I'm not sure what my measurements were at the beginning, but right now I'm 34/27/42.

Fantastic results, everyone! I'm favouriting this to come back to, my thighs are still intent on world domination right now but they WILL be tamed eventually0

Are your upper measurements considerable smaller than your lower measurements? When I considered myself a pear I was 34, 29, 44.0 -
Thank you for this thread! You are helping me to embrace my pear shape!!! I've always been envious of apple's skinny legs! Love all your transformations, great work

Still a little way to go, but my belly is shrinking and my thighs are getting smaller (finally!!)
I'm currently 32/29/42. I started at 36/34/47. I'm 5ft4 and 161lbs.
I started a weight lifting programme approx. 2 weeks ago and I'm loving it.

go team pear shape! Everyone looks great. It's interesting as you get smaller, the difference between bust and hip is a little less noticeable. So, everyone looks a little more hour-glassy to me.0
