Hi, I'm looking to lose weight for good this summer and just wondered how helpful everyone found this site?
It seems really motivational and I can't wait to get started! How has everyone done with their goals? I really hope I can achieve mine!

    THIS SITE IS GREAT,BUT IT IS LIKE ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO STICK TO IT,AND BE HONEST I HAVE BEEN BAD FOR A FEW DAYS ,FEELING GUILTY WITH MYSELF,SO I HOPE THAT I AM NOW BACK ON TRACK.
