Ouch!

So for the first time in a while I decided to run outside yesterday. But today my calve muscles are KILLING me! Should I workout today or give them a rest?

    You could do resistance instead..

    Go for a walk and stretch your legs. It will make it easier the next time you go for a run, you should also stretch after your run.

    Yeah I was thinking about doing just resistance for today. But I like the walking Idea too the bad thing is I never stretch.... :) Thanks you guys

    Go for a walk, but keep it light. You don't want them to tighten up again, but you also don't want to kill yourself. Just take it easy, and drink plenty of water.

    Hmm, if I were you, I'd stretch them out and take it easy. Also, drink a lot of water I heard it helps sore muscles :)
