I'm looking for some exercise ideas easy but hard and will have great results in a little time

    Squats, and lunges many variations. This you will see a difference in a week. Perkier butt, and helps you cardiovascularly as well.

    Easy but hard?
    If you're trying to lose fat, do any kind of cardio exercise often (walking, running, cycling swimming, sports, dancing, etc). And eat fewer calories.

    Barbell training! Starting Strength method or Stronglifts

    That would be my recommendation anyway, but I'm a little biased because it helped me burn fat and get strong.

    The exercises that burn the most calories are the ones in which you are moving your whole body. In all honesty, though, the best exercise is one you like so that you'll want to keep doing it. A really intense HIIT session that would burn the most calories but that you dread every day isn't going to last long.
