Good netflix videos?

What are some good workouts that I can stream on netflix? I live in a two story house and will probably be doing this while my dd is sleeping... so preferably not alot of jumping around that's going to make a lot of noise... But if those are the best ones I can always get her to join in lol.

    I know the crunch has around 8 videos on instant stream if you want to check them out. There's a lot of different ones, just search for crunch on netflix.

    Netflix does have a bunch of workout videos you can get on the Instant play. I just don't know any of the names offhand..Sorry :(

    Do you have Comcast or Time Warner cable? If you do, you can also get workout programs on ON Demand.

    I have Cox cable. They have on demand too. Maybe I'll be able to find something there.

    I"ve been using the Shape Bikini ready one on Netflix... I really like it..It's not super hard, but the next morning, I was sore all over...so it was definitely working.. My husband even did it with me, and he said it had him sore also.
