How do you squash the overwhelming urge to go out and buy a bucket of chocolate??

    You just eat some. :)

No harm in having a bad day with treats sometimes, just don't overdo it.

I definitely eat more 2 days before my period is due, but I try to not overdo it.

I'm always very irritated in these 2 days and eating chocolate helps.

Do try to buy kids size bars though, not 300gr bars lol

I've just had a little mini chocolate bar which was only 95cals but it felt like such a waste as I've only got just over 100 left for the rest of the day outside my meals. It's my rest day and I'm really struggling, I'm a big snacker nibble little and often, only 100 left to nibble until bedtime! When I'm exercising I more than make up the calories I like to eat but I'm so achy I don't want to even think about going swimming..My last 'splurge' day was a week ago so I could have a treat day, but weigh day is friday and I already know I've done well this week after blasting through a plateau so I'm a bit loathed to spoil my hard work!!
