I love yoga but I don't have the money to go for classes right now.. Does anyone know of good yoga dvds that weren't filmed in the 90s and aren't super cheesy in general?

I LOVE the Biggest Loser Yoga DVD! It's NOT easy--gives you a great workout & stretching all in one. I always feel great after I finish it. Best wishes! :flowerforyou:0

I really like Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown. It's a faster paced yoga because she has you moving through the poses in order to maximize calories burned yet it's still a more relaxing workout that will having you feeling sore the next day. I like to mix this video in with her 30 Day Shred and Six Week 6 Pack because it works my arms more than the other two videos do and I too love, love, love yoga!0
