recipe cannot be logged

I created recipes in the past and had no problem logging them in the food diary. Lately the system refuses to find or log my recipe's does anybody else have this issue as well? What can I do?

    Is it a synching issue? .sometimes what I see on my phone isn't the same as what I can see on the computer

    I was getting an error earlier when I tried to log my dinner, however I had no problems at lunch time.

    Yes, I have the same problem with new and old recipes. As son as I click on "log it," I get a message saying that there was an error and I need to try later. It started on Monday of this week (PC/web, not app). The way to go around that problem, is to open the recipe and then click on "Save and Log it," this process seems to avoid getting that message and the recipe will be listed in your food diary. I already notified technical support and they seem to be working to fix it, but it would be very helpful if they hear from another member having the same problem.
