water Consumption

I'm just wondering in the tracker for Water Consumption - is this 250ml glasses?? I'm on my 4 bottle of 500ml water today so just wondering if this counts as 2 glasses - Sorry if this is a stupid question :ohwell: :blushing:

    1 glass = 8 us fl oz = 236ml (approx) :)

    Usualy, do not quote me, it's8 glasses at 8 ounces. That converts to 236.58 ml. Hope that helps.

    I believe that they are reffering to 250mL glasses of water so each bottle you drink is worth two glasses of water for the tracker.
