Just joined this a couple of weeks ago, and I have noticed that I am always either getting the allotted amount of carbs or I am going over! Please help! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Eat to your calorie goal. That is the most important thing. Once you have that down you can work on the macros. However if you eat a well balanced diet all of the macros should come close.

If you don't have a medical reason to watch your carb intake and you're within your calories, it's fine. I focus on fat and protein primarily, then let the carbs fall wherever.

I eat a high-carb diet and am not the Queen Of Carb Reduction, but if you log everything you eat for three or four weeks without paying much attention to anything but the calories, you be able to review your diary and see what changes you want to make. You'll see patterns and be able to figure out what things you want to tweak.

There is a Low Carb group here that could probably be very helpful. :)

If you're new I'd just focus on logging as accurate as possible and meeting your calorie goal. You can focus more on meeting specific macros once you're more familiar with everything.

I love carbs. I don't pay much attention to them.

It's o.k. to go over or under on carbs. Look at the calorie count each day.

First, the only requirement for weight loss is the deficit. Secondly, what do you have your macros set at?
