Hello everyone! I've been struggling to reach my goal. I've been doing good but not as good as I'd like. Looking for motivation and support!

    So let me tell you a little about myself. I have always been pretty active and enjoy working out. I started gaining weight when I started working nights, 3 kids later and the stress of nursing school. I want to get back to my pre baby weight. I am 5'2", 31 years of age and happily married with three kids. I have lost some weight but I need motivation to stay on track as I keep going up and down. Feel free to add me for motivation and support!

    Yes, I think working long shifts and night shifts are tough on the body. I'm trying to eat healthier. Do you have time to eat healthy while your working?
