Next up 14 pounds in 21 days! Aug 15th is the goal!
And I'm getting me a little reward once I hit 208lbs, officially under the Obesity line!
I've never been more proud of myself, I messed up, like.. alot when I was first starting out my diet. I would eat to little, and binge the next day, but no matter what I made a solid effort. Once I learned that I will fail, I was able to keep moving forward! Its reasonable to fail at your diet, to have bad days, to mess up, but whats important is you just get back on it and keep pushing. I feel happier, more disciplined, and overall I feel confident in chasing other goals of mine! Losing weight and sticking to a diet really teaches you that you can achieve something if you stick to it, something I think I forgot a long time ago.
I move to California on August 15th, I'm so excited, and my ultimate goal is to hit under 200 by the time I'm out there. And 150 by the end of January, everything seems so possible now and I just had to share it.
I'm making my diary public, if you want to browse it and see how much I failed! I do my best to follow a VLC ketogenic diet, and its working out great for me. Im never hungry anymore and I only eat once a day!
