Iv Always been one of those people who insisted their weight doesn't bother them.. Last week I realised I wasn't just lying to everyone else but to my self Aswell. So I decided to cut out all the crap in my diet anddd quit smoking.. It's been a rough week but finishing it off 4lb down and smoke free. Any tips or words of wisdom would be greatly appretiated.
