21 days to make a habit

Whether this is true or not I don't know but it's been 9 days since I have had any pop. Now this may not seem like a big deal but for someone who was drinking 4 + a day this is huge. I've also been eating clean, tripled my water intake and working out. I suppose I am just looking for people that like to support, motivate and encourage. I think together we SO got this :) add me!

    Good for you! I had stopped drinking coke for 4 months last year. And had started again last month but decided wanted to enjoy them while on vacation. So here I am again. I have 2 cans left in fridge and am trying to decide if will start after I finish them or start now. Funny enough 15 yr daughter said to her dad just last night". Take them to work dad so she can't have them!"

    It is so true! Even after about 2 weeks I feel pretty established in my habits, but after 3 weeks it's really in there! I've been pretty consistent since the 13th and I'm feeling good :) Feel free to add me as well!
