Hi I'm trying this again after a couple years. 3 years ago I really got into it, walking, even got to jogging a mile a day and lost 50lbs in 3 months. Then I met my current loves to eat hubby and 2 more kids later * 5 kids total* I'm back where I started! I'm really excited to get back in shape, I know I can do it!!!

    Thanks!! I know it can be done, just gotta do it!! It's hard at first but after awhile it gets easier, just getting past the hard parts

    I am trying to jump back on the band wagon again also. Last year I dropped a few pounds and gained it all back last winter. Now I am a short order cook who is constantly moving but also constantly in temptation. Terrible time to start trying to loose again. Uggghhhh. Anywho, I am struggling also to get started and keep it going. You are welcome to add me if you like :)
