Hello, I am in the same boat. We were I got pregnant with each transfer but miscarried at or before 6 weeks each time. My doctor felt my weight could be a factor in my miscarriages. We are preparing for another stim cycle and retrieval but won't transfer until I lose at least 40 lbs. My only advice is to remember why you are doing. When I want pizza for dinner I ask myself what I want more the pizza or our baby. When I am exercising and want to quit or just don't feel like doing it I imagine myself holding my baby and remind myself it will only be possible if I lose weight.0
