    Protein shakes, apple sauce and mashed potatoes...I survived on it for 2 weeks....had all 4 taken out at the same time.

    Pancakes, ricotta, overnight oats, protein cheesecake, mashed potatoes/carrots/cauliflower, room temperature soups (not tomato), sausage, ground meat, eggs...

    It took me 2 weeks to be able to even eat soft veggies. It sucked. But all the above was ok.

    I had to get all of mine smashed with a hammer and removed piece by piece. I ate Percocet for a week.

    I was eating solid foods the same day I had my wisdom teeth extracted so I probably won't be much help……

    But I would suggest foods like:
    • oatmeal
    • lentils
    • legumes
    • cream of wheat
    • mashed potatoes
    • mashed sweet potatoes
    • soups
    • ground chicken breast
    • ground turkey breast
    • ground beef
    • eggs
    • mashed carrots
    • super mushy steamed veggies
    • bananas
    • protein pudding
    • protein powder
    • applesauce
    • cottage cheese
    • greek yogurt
